Authorised Returns Procedure
1. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us. However, we understand that there maybe an occasion when you need to return an item to us because:-
(i) It was damaged in transit and the damage to the package is clearly visible on delivery. You should sign the delivery note as “Package damaged when delivered” and ring us immediately.
(ii) If you find your item is faulty on opening, ring us immediately.
(iii) If you have simply changed your mind and you wish to return an item, it should not be opened nor used. It should be returned to us ‘as new’ because we must receive it in resaleable condition. The item must not even be removed from the packaging because it must be returned to us in its original condition. You must return the item within 7 days of receipt. Opening the packaging of an item will constitutes use of that item, as under law, it will not then be in a resaleable condition, and return will be refused on that basis. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. If a delivery charge was made, we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund to cover our cost of despatch.
2. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt and you must telephone 020 8866 5936 to request your Authorised Return Code first. You must provide a reason for the return and decide whether you want a refund or a replacement. Claims which do not follow our Authorised Returns Procedure will not be approved.
3. Pack the item securely with a covering letter giving your name, address, telephone number, payment details, reason for return and authorised return code, stating whether you want a refund or a replacement. You are advised to use strong packaging and protective wrapping, and to take out insurance, such as Royal Mail’s registered post. The cost of your return postage, packing and insurance is at your expense.
4. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost item. So please ensure you return it via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until your package is received by us. You bear the risk of returned items being damaged, delayed or lost in transit. We may deduct from your claim our loss for a returned item damaged in transit or by misuse.
